Delivery
- CarEmbassy.com delivers throughout the entire country using courier services Econt (Bulgaria), DPD Europe, to BoxNow (Bulgaria) lockers, as well as with our own transport within the city of Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Deliveries can be made to a specific address, to an office of the courier company, or to a BoxNow (Bulgaria) locker.
- For Bulgaria, Sofia you have the option of “Personal Delivery”, where we deliver directly to your address using our own transport. You can pay in cash or by debit/credit card upon delivery.
- The delivery price is fixed for all available products — according to the rates of Econt (Bulgaria) or DPD Europe (to address or office), and according to the rates of BoxNow (Bulgaria) (to their lockers).
- Once an order is placed on CarEmbassy.com, the customer receives a confirmation email for the successfully submitted order.
- The delivery time for available items is 2–4 business days within Bulgaria and 7–10 business days within Europe.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Orders placed after 17:00 will be processed on the next business day.
- Free delivery is available for purchases over 80 BGN when the chosen delivery method is to a BoxNow (Bulgaria) locker. For delivery to an address or office of Econt (Bulgaria) or DPD Europe, delivery fees apply regardless of the order value.
- Items sent via Econt (Bulgaria) / DPD Europe / Speedy (Bulgaria) / BoxNow (Bulgaria) are stored for 7 days at the couriers' office or locker, after which they are considered unclaimed. Future orders will not be processed for customers who have previously failed to collect their parcels within the specified period.
Returns
- The return or exchange period for items is 14 days.
- Returned products must be in their original commercial condition and unused. You must send an email to office@carembassy.com with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. The order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. Once you contact us, we will send you a .pdf return shipping label.
- Return or exchange delivery costs are covered by the customer.

- Refunds for returned orders are processed depending on the payment method used and within the following time frames:

For orders paid via Cash on Delivery – refund within up to 5 business days via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer.

For orders paid by debit or credit card – refund is issued immediately (the time of receipt depends on the banking system).
