Delivery and Return

Delivery

  • CarEmbassy.com delivers nationwide using the courier company Econt, as well as its own transport within the city of Sofia.

 

  • Delivery is made to a specific address or to a courier company office.

 

  • The delivery price is fixed for all available items - according to Econt's tariff to an address or to an Econt Office.

 

  • After placing an order at CarEmbassy.com, the user receives an email confirmation of the successfully accepted order.

 

  • The delivery time for available goods is 2-4 working days.

 

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 10:00-17:00. Orders made after 17:00 will be processed the next business day.

 

  • Free delivery is available for purchases over 80 BGN and when choosing delivery to an Econt office. For delivery to a specific address, delivery charges apply regardless of the purchase value.

 

  • Goods sent via Econt are stored for 7 days at an Econt office, after which they are considered unclaimed. Future orders from customers who have not claimed their goods within this period will not be processed.

 

Returns

  • The period for returning or exchanging goods is 14 days.

 

  • Goods must be in merchantable condition and unused. You need to send an email to office@carembassy.com with the order number and the item you wish to return or exchange. The order number can be found in the email you received upon successfully placing the order.

 

  • The delivery cost for returning or exchanging goods must be paid by the customer.

 

  • The return address to an Econt office is: Sofia, Zahari Stoyanov

 

Refund

The amount of the returned order is refunded after its receipt and depends on the chosen method of payment:

  • For orders paid by cash on delivery, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days via a bank transfer specified by the customer.
  • For orders paid with a bank debit or credit card, the amount is refunded immediately (the timeframe for receipt depends on the banking system).
